Most people discover property through their first home. I discovered it on job sites as a kid, tagging along with my dad; running the family plumbing business — watching different trades bring a building to life stage by stage. Those early days — seeing pipes laid, slabs poured, and plans come to life — shaped the way I look at buildings even now. I’ve always been drawn to how things are built, why they’re designed a certain way, and what makes one development stand out over another.
That curiosity led me to study real estate and property development at university, and I stepped straight into the industry through work experience right out of school. More than a decade later, I’ve worked across the new development space alongside major developers, project marketers and investment advisors — refining a deep understanding of what truly drives value in off-the-plan property.
What I’ve learned is that great opportunities aren’t found in glossy brochures — they’re found in fundamentals: location logic, design intent, build methodology, and long-term demand. That’s the lens I use when helping clients.
As an independent advisor, I’m not tied to any one developer. My role is to help you cut through the noise, compare the right projects, and move forward confidently — without the sales pressure or guesswork.
Being born and raised on the Gold Coast has also shaped the way I work. I’ve spent a lifetime here, built relationships across the industry, and have access to off-market and pre-release opportunities you simply won’t find online. And like any real estate agent, my service is free — I’m paid by the vendor, not you.

My interest in new property started long before I worked in real estate. I spent over a decade in high-rise construction, seeing firsthand how great buildings are designed, engineered, and delivered. That experience taught me what truly matters behind the scenes — build quality, materials, methodology, and the small details that ultimately shape how a home stands the test of time.
During those years, I also began purchasing off-the-plan myself. Going through the research, due diligence, finance, contract stages and settlement gave me a genuine appreciation for what buyers experience — the excitement, the questions, and the importance of choosing a development you can trust. It’s what sparked my passion for helping others navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
I’ve lived on the Gold Coast since childhood, so alongside my construction background, I bring decades of local knowledge — understanding which areas are evolving, what’s planned, and where the long-term value is heading.
Now, as Project Specialist at Nikko Property, I combine all three: construction expertise, real buyer perspective, and deep local insight. My role is to help clients properly research, vet and secure new apartments within world-class developments — cutting through the noise and making sure every decision is based on quality, logic and long-term potential.
