Our Process

  • During this call we like to get a good understanding of what you're ideally searching for in a property. The more detail provided - the more accurate our recommendations will be.
    This call is also an opportunity to leverage our local knowledge and ask our experienced team questions about the process, properties or the Gold Coast market in general.

  • Our Acquisitions team will then get to work, creating a shortlist of the top options that align with your property criteria (gathered in our initial meeting) - to be presented in-person or via screen-sharing to showcase locations, floor-plans and development details.

  • Once a shortlist has been created and we have reviewed the most suitable properties, our team will arrange inspections of the site and display suite (if available). For our lovely interstate and international clients - we will visit the site and displays on your behalf and can showcase these virtually, through WhatsApp, Video-call or whichever platform is most suitable.

  • We will then be working closely with you to finalise your selection and assist you in negotiating and securing your ideal new property.
